Unique SME media in Turkey
Since 1999, monthly industrial and economy magazine, called KobiEfor
, has been published regularly, providing information to/from
small and medium size enterprises in globalization context. Presently,
it has over ten thousands subscribers countrywide, institutional
as well as individual. It can be found at leading bookstores including
D&R's, airports, hotels, hypermarkets etc. throughout Turkey
. The magazine, which is distributed free-of-charge in current SME
platforms and activities, is published minimum of 15.000. Each month,
it is also published at its own web page.

Presently, Turkish SMEs under great pressure for being global and
competitive during integration process with EU. For holding a place
in global competition, SMEs should activate research activities;
use enhance and communication technologies, be creative and innovative.
KobiEfor tries to inform, train and orientate Turkish SMEs with
the responsibility of being unique media of SME.
Content of KobiEfor is the demand of SMEs.
Current SME demands modify content of the magazine. Some of them
includes EU information, developments, legislations and improvements
which are interested in SMEs, announces of government in order to
support SMEs, researches and analysis of national market, researches
of support and service projects for SMEs, projects and cooperative
efforts of universities for industry, magazine pages for range of
life, demands of goods, service and cooperative efforts from national
market, information and method of announcement of export in global
market, information about brand name as well as property rights,
etc.
Dynamic corporate relationship and SMEs
KobiEfor magazine is the media of SME with a vision of covering
all the corporations that are in direct or indirect relation with
SMEs. It provided common platform for EU's 6th Frame Program together
with TUBITAK-MAM and TOSYÖV. This cooperative effort has gone on
until 2006 and provided series of seminars from SME perspective,
particularly in Marmara Region. This action is going to be generalized
in cities which important for Turkish industry.
The magazine provides bridge of a communication between SMEs and
TUBİTAK, TUBİTAK-MAM, TİDEB, KOSGEB, TOSYÖV, TTGV, İGEME, İKV, TOBB,
DEİK, KalDer, MESKA, MEKSA, İMKB, TÜSİAD, MÜSİAD, SİAD, OBS, KSS
and techno parks. The magazine joins and supports national and international
SME activities like; Technology Conference and awards by TÜBİTAK-TTGV-TÜSİAD,
National Quality Conferences by Kalder and TÜSİAD, SME summit and
Eurasia Economic Summits by TOSYÖV-TOBB-KOSGEB as formal media sponsor.
The magazine enhances SME culture
In order to enhance communication with SMEs and be able to understand
them correctly, KobiEfor tries to open up passive culture of SME,
in all aspects. Business firms, corporations and institutions that
have difficulties about ascertaining demands and aptitudes of SMEs,
uses KobiEfor viewpoints in order to make correct decisions. Because
of unique existence for providing information about SMEs; KobiEfor
magazine got an irreplaceable quality for either SMEs or person
and companies, which want to reach SMEs.
